Our Privacy Commitment
Rx100 has never sold your information for advertising or profited from displaying ads, and we never will. We are committed to this approach. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who can access it, and your rights regarding your data.
Section I – Information Rx100 Collects and Controls
We collect only the information we need. This includes data you provide when signing up for an account, registering for an event, requesting customer support, or making a purchase. We store 00your name and contact information but do not store credit card numbers, without your permission in secure payment gateways.
When you visit our websites or use our software, we log basic information such as your navigation path and feature usage. This helps us improve our services and develop new products for our clients.
What We Do with Your Information

We use your information to deliver the services you request, manage your accounts, and monitor for unauthorized activities.

When you use Rx100 apps to manage data about others, such as your customers or employees, this data, referred to as service data, is entrusted to us for processing.
Ownership and Protection
You retain ownership of your service data. We protect it, restrict access to it, and process it solely based on your needs and requirements. You can access your data, share it through third-party integrations, and request its export or deletion.
Data Retention
We retain your data as long as you use Rx100 Services. After you terminate your account, your data will be automatically deleted from our active database within 6 months and from our backups within an additional 3 months.
Section III – General Provisions
Limitations to Privacy
While we strive to protect your privacy, there are certain limitations. We will disclose personal information if required to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or protect user safety. We do not currently honor Do Not Track signals from browsers but will follow a universal standard if one emerges.

Third-party websites and social media widgets have their own privacy policies. Always review these policies before sharing personal information with third parties.

We inform customers about the data we hold and offer options to opt-out of certain engagements. Our firm commitment is to never generate revenue from advertising, even from our free products. This ensures there is no conflict of interest between collecting customer data and advertising revenue, thus protecting customer privacy without compromise.

The purpose of this policy is to clearly outline the information we collect, how we use it, and what we will not do with it. Although comprehensive, we strive to keep the language straightforward and transparent.

This Privacy Policy covers all Rx100 websites that link to it, as well as the products and services provided through these websites and applications. It does not apply to any Rx100 websites, products, or services that may have separate privacy policies.

This section explains how Rx100 collects and uses information about website visitors, potential customers, users of Rx100's products and services, and individuals who contact Rx100 through forms or email addresses on our websites.

Section I – Data Collection and Management by Rx100
We gather information about you only when necessary for legitimate purposes.
Data You Provide
i. Account Creation:
When you create an account to use our services, we request your name, contact number, email address, company name, and country. You will also need to set a unique username and password. Providing additional information such as your photo, time zone, and language is optional. You may also set a security question and answer for password recovery purposes.
ii. Registration for Programs and Form Submissions:
We collect information when you (i) register for programs like webinars or seminars, (ii) subscribe to our newsletters or mailing lists, (iii) fill out forms to download products, whitepapers, or other materials, (iv) participate in contests or surveys, or (v) submit forms for customer support, quotes, or other inquiries.
iii. Payment Details:
When you make a purchase, we request your name, contact information, and payment details. We store the cardholder's name, address, expiry date, and the last four digits of the credit card number. The full credit card number is not stored. With your consent, we may store your payment information in an encrypted format on our Payment Gateway Service Providers' secured servers for future use.
iv. Customer Feedback:
If you authorize us to post customer feedback about our products and services, we may include your name and other personal details. You can review and approve the feedback before it is posted. To update or delete your feedback, please contact us at privacy@rx100ventures.com.
v. Interactions with Rx100:

Data Retention
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. In some cases, we may retain your data for extended periods as required or permitted by law, such as maintaining suppression lists, preventing abuse, handling legal claims or proceedings, enforcing agreements, or complying with tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.
Data Deletion and Anonymization
When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymize it from our active databases. Until the data is permanently removed from our platform, it will be securely stored on backup media and isolated from any further processing.

You may provide information controlled by you or your organization to Rx100 when using our services or requesting technical support. This includes information about your customers and employees (if you are a controller) or data held on behalf of another person for specific purposes, such as a customer to whom you provide services (if you are a processor). This data may be stored on our servers when you use our services, or transferred to us as part of a technical support request or other services. (All the information entrusted to Rx100 is collectively termed "service data")
Data Control and Ownership
We acknowledge that you own your service data. We give you complete control over your service data by allowing you to (i) access it, (ii) share it through supported third-party integrations, and (iii) request its export or deletion.
Service Data Usage
We process your service data based on your instructions through the various modules of our services. For instance, when you generate an invoice using our invoicing service, information like the name and address of your customer will be used to create the invoice; similarly, when you use our email marketing service, the email addresses of your mailing list recipients will be used to send emails.
Data Storage and Retention
We retain the data in your account as long as you use Rx100 Services. Once you terminate your Rx100 user account, your data will be deleted from the active database during the next scheduled clean-up, which occurs every 6 months. Data removed from the active database will be deleted from our backups after an additional 3 months.
Section III – General Provisions
Information Management Policies
Children's Information Security
Our products and services are not designed for individuals under the age of 16. Rx100 does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly take steps to delete such information. If you believe that a child under 16 has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at privacy@rx100ventures.com, and we will take the necessary actions to remove it. Should you collect information about children using our products, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations concerning the protection of such personal information. In such cases, Rx100 disclaims any liability for the collection or use of personal information from children under 16, or for the use of our products by such individuals without our knowledge.

We provide publicly accessible blogs and forums on our websites. Please be aware that any information you disclose on these platforms may be used to contact you with unsolicited messages. Exercise caution when disclosing personal information on our blogs and forums. Rx100 is not responsible for the personal information you choose to disclose publicly. Your posts and certain profile information may remain visible even after you terminate your account with Rx100. Our websites include social media widgets, such as Facebook "like" buttons and Twitter "tweet" buttons, that allow you to share content.
